💫 Great tasting Prawn Crackers, easy to cook, for a great fresh flavour.

Sagiang Unfried Prawn Crackers (raw, 9.8% prawns) are made from tapioca starch and shrimp and is enriched with garlic. These red crackers can be fried in hot oil and taste fresh and crisp. Traditionally, crackers are not only eaten as a snack but also served as an accompaniment to curries and stews. It neutralize the hot taste of spicy food and are an excellent appetizer.

Easy Preparation:

  • Deep fry the crackers in vegetable oil heated to 180c-200c.
  • Once crackers start to expand and float, remove and drain well on kitchen paper.
  • Serve immediately.

Keep the prawn crackers dry, in case of dampness dry them in sunlight or in the oven before frying.
