Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce it the classic marinade for Chinese BBQ – char siu is Chinese BBQ pork. For the best Chinese BBQ, to serve four people marinade 500g of pork for 2 hours or more in 5tbsp of Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce. Roast in the oven at 180 C unitl the centre reaches 75 C or quick cook on a searingly hot BBQ. For a sticky golden glaze, brush with honey during the last few minutes of cooking.
