Korean brand Sempio offers vermicelli noodles with green tea flavor in a 300g packet. This noodle is made from a wheat flour base and is kneaded manually with green tea powder. Sempio team manually does this from the Jeju province of South Korea. Salt and spinach are the other items added to the base while making green the vermicelli noodles.

These vermicelli are kneaded by hand and left to mature for 16 hours to ensure a pleasantly chewy consistency. They are dried using the hot air convection drying method, much like a natural drying environment, ensuring that the vermicelli are dried evenly. In this way, the vermicelli do not easily become mushy or soggy.

Easy to measure: portioned in bundles tied and packed in aluminum foil to protect the color and fresh flavor of green tea from light and oxygen.
