OVERVIEW

We are seeking 2-3 part-time team members to join our new shop in Riga (Address: Aleksandra Čaka iela 64)!

The ideal candidate will handle daily operations of our grocery store independently, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

This position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a friendly attitude.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist customers with finding products and provide recommendations as needed.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Process online shipping orders, as well as Bolt Food and Wolt orders.
• Restock shelves, ensuring that products are neatly organized and inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure the shop remains clean and tidy.
• Help with the receiving and unloading of new stock (need some strength).
• Help manage inventory by recording and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Latvian, working-level English. Speaking Russian / Korean / Japanese / Chinese is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required.
• Background knowledge about Asian food is a plus, but not required.
• Age requirement: 18+
