Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil with Crispy Onions is a richly flavoured soybean oil filled with dried chilli and crispy fried onion. LGM or Lao Gan Ma is the most famous brand of chilli oil used throughout China.

Serve the crispy chilli condiment at the table with almost any dish - a spoon in a bowl of ramen, or a little on top of silken tofu with sesame and soy for breakfast. It's extremely moreish.
