- Flavourful Beef Tteokguk (one portion)
Ingredients: Slice type rice cake 200g (1 pack)
Soup: Water 500ml
Beef brisket: 100g
Dried kelp 2 pcs
Dried shiitake mushroom 1 pc
Welsh onion 1/2 pcs
Onion 1/4 pcs
- Soak the beef brisket in water to remove residual blood.
- Boil the beef and other ingredients for soup with 500ml of water.
- Rince the rice cake and add to the pot with the prepared broth.
- Season broth with salt and soy sauce.
- Add garnish according to your taste.
- Carbonara Topokki (one portion)
Ingredients: Slice type rice cake 200g (1 pack)
Cooking oil
Bacon 35g
Onion 1/4 pcs
Minced garlic 1/3 tsp
Yolk 1 pcs
Sauce: Milk 100ml
Whipping cream 140ml
Cheddar cheese 2 pcs
- Soak rice cake in the water for 15 min.
- Stir-fry minced garlic, onion and bacon with oiled pan.
- Put milk and whipping cream in the pan and when it starts to boil, put sliced cheddar cheese and yolk
- Put soaked rice cake in.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
