💫 Thin, chewy Japanese noodles made from buckwheat flour.

Originally made from buckwheat flour or combination of buckwheat and wheat flour, making of this traditional pasta became tourist attraction in Japan. Soba noodles are most commonly served chilled with a dipping sauce or in hot broth as a noodle soup. Known to have a slightly nutty, earthy taste.

How to cook?

Boil water, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes (until the noodles float). Bring the noodles straight under running cold water and then drain. Cook the noodles with vegetables, meat and seasonings.
