OVERVIEW
We are seeking 1-2 part-time team members, who have flexible schedule and can work on weekends (the schedule is made monthly), to join our A&A team in Tallinn!
The ideal candidate will handle daily operations of our grocery store independently, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a friendly attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist customers with finding products and provide recommendations as needed.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Process online shipping orders, as well as Bolt Food and Wolt orders.
- Restock shelves, ensuring that products are neatly organized and inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure the shop remains clean and tidy.
- Help with the receiving and unloading of new stock (need some strength).
- Help manage inventory by recording and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Estonian and English. Speaking Russian / Korean / Chinese is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required.
- Background knowledge about Asian food is a plus, but not required.
- Age requirement: 18+

WORKING HOURS
- If Monday to Saturday, 6 hours (12:45 to 18:45).
- If Sunday, 4.5 hours (12:45 to 17:15).
